- Proficient in MS Office - Excel; Word and Outlook
- 3 - 5 Years' Experience in a similar role and industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers
- Proactively seek new business with existing customers as well as prospective new customers
- Effectively deal with telephone enquiries
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to process Quotes, Orders and other queries timeously
- Consistently follow up on quotes and orders that have not been processed by customers
- Liaise between Production and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries and production
- Efficient, Accurate Data Capturing (Customer Details; PCB Specifications; Quotes; and Orders)
- Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion
- Ensure confirmed orders get loaded into production in a timeous manner to avoid production delays
