Technical Sales Manager - Randburg

Design, implement and maximize a Strategic Sales Plan that expands the Company's Customer Base. Assisting with interviews for Sales recruitment; Setting Objectives; Coaching, Training; and Performance Monitoring of Sales Representatives. Analyzing Sales Statistics to determine Sales Potential and Inventory Requirements of customers. The Sales Manager is to assist the Company in meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, by keeping the Company competitive and innovative. Achieve customer and market growth in helping meet Sales Targets by successfully managing the Technical Sales Team. Ensure a highly motivated Sales Team. Developing an effective Technical Sales Team by effectively organizing and directing them in their customer relations, sales, and sales administrative tasks. Designing and implementing a Strategic Sales Plan that expands the Company's Customer Base and securing increased market share. Assisting with interviews for Sales recruitment; Setting Objectives; Coaching, Training; and Performance Monitoring of Sales Representatives. Prepare drawings, estimates and tenders that meet specific customer needs. Work on AutoCad Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements, promote company products, and provide Sales Support. Prepare and deliver Technical Presentations that explain products and services to customers and potential customers. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, through the sales team. Determine Price Schedules and negotiate prices and Terms of Sale and Service Agreements. Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of Sales Team Efforts. Prepare and present Sales Revenue and Expenses Reports, with realistic Forecasts to the Director & Management Team. Resolve customer complaints regarding Sales and Services Develop and control service and sales programmes Improve Total Cost of ownership i.e. educate customers, and document how changes will lower costs and or increase productivity for the customer. Bachelor's degree in Business is an advantage. Diploma in Business or Sales Management. Matric Certificate: Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics, Technology & Design desirable. A minimum of 3 (three) to 5 (five) years' experience serving as a Sales Manager. Technical knowledge and experience in the Filtration Industry, Mining and Heavy Industry will be an added advantage. Computer Literate i.e., Outlook, Online Meetings, MS Word, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint Work requires some local travel; thus, a valid driver's license is essential with own vehicle.
