We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative with a passion for the HVAC industry to join our client;s sales team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by promoting our HVAC products and services, providing technical expertise and support to customers, and cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the HVAC sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including HVAC contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions to educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of our HVAC systems and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized HVAC solutions tailored to meet customer needs and project requirements. Provide timely and responsive support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and facilitating the sales process from initial contact to post-sale support. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product positioning. Matric Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC or air conditioning industry. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems, components, and applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions to diverse audiences. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. R28 000 CTC to R35 000 CTC per month commission
