Manual Functional Testing Phases Support Automation Testing Development Compile and/or Validate test cases around business requirements. Defining and implementing test plan for releases Track new/changed requirements and ensure these are addressed during testing phases. Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols as well as required system documentation. Overall management and maintenance and preparation of test data. Coordination of test environments Defect Management. Support operational excellence goals through strong operations knowledge. Resolve escalated support topics as part of tier-2/3 DevOps role to ensure the highest availability of critical applications.
