They distribute software for aiding the design and manufacturing processes, providing solutions for the tooling, production engineering, sheet metal, metal fabrication, stone, and woodworking industries. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts. Maintain and update customer databases. Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Follow up on sales leads and customer interactions. Managing weekend training sales Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents. Schedule meetings and appointments Coordinate training schedules Sending out training reminders Sending out training confirmations Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Generate reports and analyse data when required. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly with the assistance of the training lead. Team Relationship: Contribute to a positive team environment Contribute to a social working environment Work with colleagues & understand levels of authority Role Requirements: Fluent in English Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Available ever second Saturday from 8:00 – 9:00 to assist with Saturday training sign in Strong written and verbal communication skills. Optional Role Requirements: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., ZOHO is a plus but training will be provided. Familiarity with higher-education is a plus but training will be provided.
