The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Development.
Certificate in Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Qualification.
Knowledge and understanding of SETA and OFO Codes
Previously worked with AgriSETA and or FoodBev will be added advantage.
At least 5 years experience working as a Training Coordinator or SDF
Good Knowledge and Understanding of Skills Development Acts (SDA, SLA, B-BBEE, EEA)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan and organize training programmes and projects.
Computer literate (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SAGE 300 Training Module.
Must have own transport.
