REQUIREMENTS- Matric, bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Thorough understanding of destination management services and the travel industry
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
DUTIES- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely renewals with existing clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to understand product capabilities and pricing
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to the leadership team
- Participate in the development of marketing materials and sales collateral
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and client needs
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, as needed
