Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Oversee the Occupational Health Clinic, ensuring the delivery of exceptional health services.
Health Program Maintenance: Establish and sustain programs promoting the physical, psychological, and social well-being of workers.
Employee Health Monitoring: Conduct ongoing health surveillance in line with SOPs.
Risk Management: Provide critical information to help clients eliminate, control, and minimize health risks and hazards.
Emergency Coordination: Effectively manage emergency procedures.
Financial Management: Operate within budget constraints and manage client billing.
Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards through internal and external audits.
Team Management: Supervise EMS staff in collaboration with the EMS Coordinator.
Client Reporting: Analyze and discuss monthly reports with clients, implementing approved changes.

Qualifications:

General Nursing and Occupational Health Nursing qualifications (SANC registered).
Clinical Nursing Science qualification (advantageous).
Current SANC registration.
Dispensing license.
Competency certificates in Spirometry, Vision Screening, and Audiometry (SASOHN registration required).
BLS for HCP.
HIV/AIDS Management.
Computer literacy.
Experience in treating Injuries on Duty.
Administrative and employee relations experience, along with strong communication skills.
