Reference: PTA000004-RS-1 Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager to join their Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned healthcare professional looking to lead a dynamic team in a critical care setting. Minimum Requirements: Post registration tr qualification in Nursing. BLS Qualification. Updated ACLS/ PALS/ ATLS/NALS advantageous. Post basic qualification in Critical Nursing Science. Must be registered with SANC. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Unit Manager or similar role. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Overseeing the daily operations of the unit, patient care, and staff management. Implement quality improvement within the unit. Ensure all duties are perfomed in accordance to the SANC and DOH standards. Annually
