Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

Perform thorough diagnosis and resolution of electrical breakdowns.
Execute servicing and repair tasks for various electrical equipment.
Implement preventative maintenance measures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of electrical systems.
Oversee and execute electrical projects according to specified guidelines and timelines.
Fulfill standby duties as required to address emergency electrical issues.
Conduct meticulous safety inspections to uphold regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
Strategically upgrade equipment to enhance performance and reduce maintenance expenses.
Proficiently troubleshoot PLS faults to ensure seamless operation of systems.

Qualifications

Skills

Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing & Production Environment.
Ability to do mechanical breakdowns will be an advantage (Hydraulic and Pneumatic).
Experience on overhead cranes up to 30Ton.
AC/DC Drives, Servo motor & Encoder knowledge.
Advanced PLC experience on fault finding, programming and troubleshooting.
Advanced Inverter experience on fault finding, programming and troubleshooting .
