Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
10 years or more in warehouse operations management, with a track record of successfully optimizing processes and leading teams.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and relevant software applications.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions and process improvements.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders. Ability to communicate bilingually in English & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
Certification in supply chain management or logistics a PLUS
