- Oversee all receiving (containers) and dispatch (courier, collections) operations
- Manage daily picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
- Supervise the efficient shelving of stock from received containers
- Maintain general housekeeping and facility maintenance
- Lead and mentor a warehouse team of 2 employees
- Conduct and assist with stock takes and rolling stock counts
- Handle returns, credit notes, swaps, and stock adjustments
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric essential (Diploma advantageous but not mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably FMCG
- Computer literacy with ERP system experience preferred
- Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and reliability
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a stock holding of approximately R10 million
- Experience with a warehouse size of around 1,200 sqm
