We are hunting for a Workforce Planner on a contract basis for 12 months starting in the coming months of July or August. Enable safety in daily operations due to optimal resource planning, sufficient capacity and flight allocations according to manageable workload levels Manage the daily distribution of resources to ensure effective client delivery across the business Ensure accurate and updated employee data available in WFM system. Gather information about flight handling, process changes, special events and days that affects forecasts Ensure compliance with labour legislation, licensing requirements as well as GLC's safety standards in all workforce planning processes Communicate all workforce related schedules effectively to GLC employees Facilitate shift swopping and bidding requests Manage and respond to shift change requests within agreed time frames Ensure continuous improvement of scheduling accuracy by evaluating results and making adjustments where required Act as point of contact for OSC issues and escalations when required Around 2 years workforce planning experience (preferable in BPO sector) Matric
