Workshop Manager - Cape Town City Centre
BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing fabrication department, Service Technicians, and Driver.
- Conduct biannual KPI reports with all Workshop and Service staff.
- Provide in house training to all staff to ensure knowledge on all aspects of our product is met and understood at all
times.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and driven from Management with regards to projects.
- Meet month end deadline requirements for stock take, transfers etc.
- Managing technicians with daily tasks/ schedules.
- Managing logistics (collection and deliveries).
- Managing the stock/ stock controlling.
- Overseeing and assisting with stock counting.
- Buying of monthly stock for all departments, i.e Fabrication and Service.
- Ordering of stock from Head Office to complete order intake for CPT sales.
- Assisting with building new batteries and manufacturing of battery tanks.
- Building of batteries / products on SYSPRO to ensure all sales can be invoiced out.
- Submission of timesheets on a monthly basis.
- Submission of incident reports if and when needed.
- Scheduling and overseeing standby teams monthly
