Grade literacy

Answering reception
Data capturing
Capturing of daily
Assistance in Facilities, Services and General Front Office Administration
Relief switchboard rosters
Updated telephone lists
Sundry
Receiving and sorting out incoming mail
Sending outgoing mail
Good administration and control with regards to keys of vehicles and where
sponsible for ensuring that the Welcome Desk/Reception is effectively and efficiently managed at all access and overrides for staff and members
handling all administration tasks pertaining to reception, client services, boardroom arrangements and general Petty cash administration. If the Administrative Clerk is on leave, attend to office closure procedure that stock levels are maintained. Reception Ensure that the reception is always manned by compiling switchboard
