Access, Paint & Insulation Manager - Mpumalanga SCOPE OF WORK Profitability Cost control aligned with budget expectations. Identify production efficiency and cost improvement initiatives. Prepare and provide regular project progress reports, financial status updates, and compliance documentation to internal and external stakeholders. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and work to optimize project costs while maintaining a focus on quality and safety. Negotiation with suppliers and stakeholders to increase budget profits. Commercial management to ensure scope creeping/additional work is addressed and recorded and invoiced. Maintaining agreed schedule compliance both Internal and External Business Development Provide input on tender preparation and estimating. Identify potential risks associated with construction activities and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, minimizing disruptions and delays. Identify and investigate additional opportunities. Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Safety Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations on site. Enforce stringent safety protocols and monitor adherence to health and safety regulations on construction sites. Report, record, and investigation of all incidents that might occur on site. Self-audits on safety system and files. Implementation of safety awards and/or reward Finance Monthly project forecast and work in progress reporting. Accurate and timely submission of substantiated information to finance for monthly profit and loss calculation. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and work to optimize project costs while maintaining a focus on quality and safety. On time submission of payment certificates and invoices Follow-up on payments and provide feedback to finance office. Knowledge and Skills Project planning and Project documentation Construction oversight Safety compliance Proficiency in construction management software and tools Leadership Management Reporting Contract management and Risk management. Client communication Stakeholder coordination Cost control Minimum Qualifications required Matric PMP Certification with accredited PMI Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field Relevant regulatory body registration Experience 10 years Engineering and Production experience. 6 years Management experience as a Team/Projects Leader/Supervisor . Must be able to manage and lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the project's overall success. Must be able to transfer knowledge and ensure continuous training to upskill and/or multi-skill employees. Monthly Salary: Market related
