Admin Clerk (Road Freight) - Cape Town Region

Job profile but not limited to:

Assisting the Creditors Team in managing Creditors book:

  • Processing all pod, matching pods to correct load on our online platform
  • Maintaining a tracking schedule to ensure PODs are received on a timely basis from
  • transporters
  • Receiving packages and scanning supplier invoices and pod
  • Supplier reconciliation if required by the assistant accountant
  • Requesting pods by means of emails and phone call
  • Any other request by the Accountant or Assistant accountants
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Telephone duties, this entail answering and directing calls.
  • Any other ad hoc duties required.
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • English & Afrikaans essential
  • Strong administrator with 3 - 5 years experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A knack for keeping operations running
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer centric
