Customer Experience : Cultivate strong customer relationships and establish solution-driven partnerships. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive support to customers and guarantee their satisfaction. Bakery Product/Equipment Knowledge : Stay updated on the diverse range of products and equipment, and effectively demonstrate their benefits through training sessions and presentations. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to recognize industry trends and tailor our offerings to meet customer demands. Market Awareness : Develop strategic plans to identify potential customers and convert leads into lucrative sales opportunities. Product Development: Work collaboratively with customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to resolve equipment issues and seamlessly integrate solutions into their business operations. Project Management : Exhibit exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure their timely completion Matric Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Consumer Science is essential Proven experience (5-7 years) in baking technology, preferably in industrial-scale baking environments. Previous experience offering consulting services to retailers within their bakery division Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed Valid drivers license and own transport Fluent in English and Afrikaans
