End-to-end partner campaign responsibility (acquisition and conversion) Build new campaigns and explore opportunities for optimisation Manage resources to drive program success Manage the delivery of marketing campaigns integration Stakeholder management Conversion analytics Campaign management metrics End-to-end customer journey data analysis FAAS (funding as a service) Onboarding and management of partnerships Develop direct response campaigns for funding products Design, messaging, test protocols, email and call centre integration, and performance assessment Align brand standards, business objectives, marketing strategy and plans, and regulatory requirements Support partner initiatives Project management Coordinate, manage, and deliver marketing campaigns across various marketing channels Manage customer email campaigns Develop and execute automated communication strategy based on customer behaviour Integrate direct response campaigns, ensuring outbound component for higher conversion rates Promotion management Develop promotional strategy, test and assess offers Analyse and interrogate customer insights and segmentation Analyse direct response and customer profiles to identify and refine target criteria and messaging Understand customer behaviour and trends, customer contact management Share insights to influence product enhancements, development, and promotion Support new product launches / enhancements 10 years' experience in direct response marketing (direct mail, email marketing) Financial services experience E-commerce experience Qualification: Marketing Experience managing direct communication channels, direct mail and email campaigns Exceptional interpersonal skills Manage relationships with internal and external customers Excellent communication skills Conceptualisation of target audience messaging Able to develop multiple marketing projects that meet budget, timelines, and ROI Able assess marketing program effectiveness Platform and finance experience (advantageous)
