Main job function As a Marketing Analyst, your primary focus will be on building reports and dashboards for our existing marketing channels, working to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to assist in setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive better results. You will collaborate closely with the E-commerce Manager to contribute to deriving insights, optimising marketing strategies, and enhancing customer experiences Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. At least one year of experience in collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics). Familiarity with data visualisation tools. Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders. Criteria Data Collection and Analysis: Utilise various data sources, including analytics apps, customer surveys, transactional data, website analytics, and social media metrics for comprehensive marketing data analysis. Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to guide marketing strategies. Customer Segmentation: Assist in developing and maintaining customer segmentation models based on demographics, behaviours, preferences, and buying habits. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, providing insights to advise on customer segments. Consumer Behaviour Analysis: Support the analysis of customer buying patterns, conversion rates, and customer journey data to enhance the understanding of behaviour and improve the purchase funnel. Marketing Campaign Analysis: Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts. Provide insights to optimise marketing spend and enhance campaign performance. Reporting and Presentation: Support in preparing and delivering regular reports and presentations to stakeholders. Communicate key findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams. Data Quality and Integrity: Contribute to ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in marketing databases and analytics tools. Implement data governance best practices to maintain data quality.
