You'll need to be the kind of person who loves building relationships and has great customer service skills when it comes to providing support. You will be providing front line support to our Africa ArtiCAD users via telephone, email, and screen share. You will provide support on our suite of core products. Not a software expert? Process inbound enquiries from customers and suppliers via telephone and email Provide technical support to ArtiCAD software users, helping to identify and resolve common issues, Resolving technical queries and tickets, Conduct 1:1 online training on our software with customers, Conduct group face to face training when required, including travel to required locations, Perform sales and office administration, including sending training bookings and updating ArtiCAD's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately and efficiently, Becoming an expert user on our ArtiCAD design software, Contact customers periodically to assess satisfaction and process any queries, Assist your Manager in evaluating and improving ArtiCAD's support activities and processes, Establish relationships with clients to help progress ongoing support, Attend trade exhibitions to support the sales team, engage with customers and prospects. You will need to be a confident and personable communicator (face-to-face, on the phone, by email and online) Ability and willingness to travel for training An interest, or experience, working with IT and tech Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude Interest in the Kitchen Bedroom Bathroom, tech, or design industry Must have own reliable vehicle and a valid unendorsed driver's licence Educational background in the IT industry is beneficial Excellent written and spoken English
