Job Description

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the internal hardware store
  • Manage and lead a team of store staff, providing guidance, training, and support
  • Counting, signing, and receiving of goods
  • Managing all the paperwork, POD etc.
  • Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Utilize stock control systems to monitor and manage inventory efficiently
  • Implement and maintain barcoding and scanning systems for accurate tracking of goods
  • Place orders for inventory replenishment based on stock levels.
Qualifications
  • Matric
Skills
  • 5 years of experience in store management.
  • Proven experience in staff management and leadership.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of general Furniture hardware
