Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will be:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the internal hardware store
- Manage and lead a team of store staff, providing guidance, training, and support
- Counting, signing, and receiving of goods
- Managing all the paperwork, POD etc.
- Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Utilize stock control systems to monitor and manage inventory efficiently
- Implement and maintain barcoding and scanning systems for accurate tracking of goods
- Place orders for inventory replenishment based on stock levels.
- Matric
- 5 years of experience in store management.
- Proven experience in staff management and leadership.
- Computer literate with proficiency in inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of general Furniture hardware
- Medical Aid (After 3 Month Probation)
- Pension (After 3 Month Probation)
