Property group in Cape Town requires Facilities Manager with BSc / BEng: Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (advantageous) or Building Science, Project Management and minimum of 6years' management experience in Facilities Manager of Building Management role (essential). The key functions of the Facilities Manager will be the planning and management of inspections, repairs and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems within large multi-tenanted properties / buildings The Facilities Manager will assist and support the Property Managers in the planning and management of all repairs and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building structures and all other equipment and assets. He must respond / report all maintenance related issues, manage job cards system, ensure Health and Safety Standars as well as quality assurance procedures are implemented, manage sub-contractors, manage budgets and tennant related services.
