To manage the HR information management system and process documentation and efficiency to enable optimal use of HRIS to support the HR operational processes. To perform a critical system capability assessment to ensure that the platforms can support the business and resolution for HR Information data management and train staff and new users on the system. Analyse HR processes in collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure that gaps are identified and addressed To provide analysis of data and provide predictive analytics on information for the organisation. Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Projects, etc.) to ensure data integrity of the HRIS and all statutory or other legal or company requirements are adhered to. Participate in salary surveys including foreign remuneration by providing data required. Operations Management HR Information Systems management Manage the HR information management systems to enable optimal use of HRIS to support the HR operational processes. Analyse the human resource needs and requirements and compare with what the HR System can accommodate and create new features where necessary. Perform a critical system capability assessment to ensure that the platforms can support the business and resolution for HR Information data management. Create and update system documentation for new and existing functionality to be used by end-users Manage optimisation of VIP modules. Develop HRIS Solutions. Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Projects, etc.) to ensure integrity of the HRIS. Collaboratively with the HR team, plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the organization's human resources functions and annual goals. Process and procedures Identify and streamline all HR processes and related HR documentation and templates to ensure that HR operational processes run smoothly. Optimize automation workflows and provide productivity improvements. Analyse HR processes in collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure that gaps are identified and addressed and aligned to Company policies. Draft and update HR standard operating procedures for HR and all related processes in collaboration with the HR team to support the HR function. Train staff and new system users on new processes/functionality. Data Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and work with stakeholders to rectify gaps identified. Analyse and interpret data and provide predictive analytics on employee information for the Group that can assist with HR decisions. Create evidence-based conclusions from data trends. Compile required management reports. Create and maintain dashboards to show trends. Assist in the monitoring and analysis of data related to HR costing and budgeting. Partner with Divisional HR Executives to understand business problems and propose data driven solutions to proactively manage challenges Human Resource Management Participate in the performance management process. Participate in staff meetings as and when required to discuss operational performance and business issues. Lives the company values and exhibits behaviours to reflect the company culture. Financial Management Utilise resources in a cost-effective manner to reduce and eliminate wastage. Continuously seek opportunities to reduce cost without compromising on the delivery of the departmental objectives. Relevant tertiary qualification equivalent to NQF 7 5 years' experience in a HR environment responsible for HRIS implementation, administration, database management and project management. Experience applying analytical methods to business problems. Proven ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities. Experience with data analytical and visualisation software. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Applications and HRIS technology. Competent knowledge of HR business processes. Competent knowledge of employee data management.
