In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation.
Proficiency in VIP payroll software.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices aligned with the HR strategy.
Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
Oversee monthly salary reviews and manage payroll using Sage VIP for 400 employees.
Provide HR guidance and support to management and staff.
Handle labour relations and disciplinary processes.
Act as the Employment Equity Chairperson, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Coordinate training programs and team-building activities.
Possession of a Code 08 driving license.
