Responsible for initiating, building and managing relationships with prospective students through every stage of the recruitment process (Lead, Appointments, Applications and Registrations) and report on individual sales activities per set targets. To achieve appointment, application and registration targets and implement campus sales and marketing initiatives and plans aimed at attracting students to apply for full time and part-time undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. Achieve monthly / annual individual and application targets. Plan, schedule and attend visits to allocated schools and universities for expos, career fairs, presentations, Gen V workshops, graduate recruitment programs (GRP). Represent the Company at open days, expos, career fairs, presentations, Gen V workshops, graduate recruitment programs (GRP) and other campus-based events favorably, to generate interest in full-time / part-time qualifications and quality leads. Initiate appropriate sales drives and promotional activities to generate leads / enquiries and to convert into applications. Attending to all leads and enquiries within an hour (during normal business hours, on weekdays). Continuous monitoring and assistance on all queries (website, email, telephonic, TAWK, WhatsApp) with the intent to convert into applications. Maintains adherence to quality standards and guidelines to ensure the best customer service for both brands, at all times. Achieve monthly / annual individual registration targets.
