A well-established organization in Randburg is seeking a Junior Finance Administrator to join their team. Salary will be discussed in the interview. Data Capturing Capturing of Purchase Orders onto system Receipting of PO into the system Product listings for retailers Capturing of invoices and bills in the accounting system Invoicing Credits Creating invoices on system Processing of Credits on system Assisting with the stock returns process in the warehouse Follow-up on ETA's of stocks and orders Logistics Warehouse Assisting the C.O.O / representative with vehicle and route planning Assisting with order planning for the warehouse Customer Relations Working alongside the Financial Direcor for the below: Phone customers based on payment status Allocate payments and credits to the relevant accounts when needed Follow up on unknown payment Sending customer statements etc. Other Filing of all paperwork accurately Participate in stock takes Placing of orders with suppliers such as packaging, stationery etc. General and additional duties as required, directed or assigned MUST HAVE UNDERSTANDING OF MATHEMATICS AND ACCOUNTING DEBIT / CREDITS/VAT/DISCOUNTS etc IMPORTS AND FREIGHT FORWARDING BENEFICIAL Matric 2 – 4 years General Administration/Warehouse experience Dealings with Freight Forwarding beneficial Fully computer literate on: MS Office Intermediate Excel Basic accounting knowledge Xero & Unleashed an advantage or any other ERP System Salary will be discussed 1.5 days annual leave per month Compulsory company closure in December Working hours 0800-1700 with 1 hour lunch break. No provident / pension fund is offered
