Our client based in Pretoria East is looking for a candidate to assist with daily sales, administrative, and logistical support to customers, suppliers, and internal. Monitor procurement, shipping, receiving and dispatch of materials. Responsibilities • Coordinate supplier and customer orders. • Compile sales reports, price offers. • Keep track of supply and delivery of products (vessels, trucks). • Obtain import permits, certificates of conformity, label requirements, purchase orders, etc. • Update and maintain customer information. • Creditors and debtors coordination. • Prepare Sales orders and Invoices. • Coordinate imports and port operations and documentation. • General administrative tasks. Requirements Grade 12 (relevant admin qualification beneficial). Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Customer orientated. Fluent in English & Afrikaans. Geographical knowledge. Knowledge of supply chain will be beneficial. Knowledge of imports and export will be beneficial. Knowledge of road and sea freight will be beneficial. Knowledge of clearing and forwarding documents will be beneficial.
