This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the firm. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting senior lawyers with corporate commercial and M&A transactions. - Conducting legal research and providing advice on various legal matters. - Attending client meetings and participating in negotiations. - Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to corporate commercial and M&A transactions. - Collaborating with other team members and providing support as needed. Requirements: - Bcom/ (Financial degree) - admission as an Attorney in SA is a bonus - 1-2 years of experience in corporate commercial and/or M&A law. - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to corporate commercial and M&A transactions. 650 000.00 - 750 000.00 - Annually
