As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the organization's products or services. Working closely with the marketing team, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creative thinking abilities, and a passion for marketing. Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Coordinate campaign logistics, such as scheduling, content creation, asset management, and distribution, to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to the marketing team. Content Creation and Copywriting: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Write and edit copy for marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging and tone of voice guidelines. Assist in the development of visual assets, such as graphics, images, and videos, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Social Media Management: Assist in managing the organization's social media channels, including content creation, posting, engagement, and community management. Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for engagement, content creation, and brand promotion. Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages from followers, maintaining a positive and engaging online presence for the organization. Event Coordination and Support: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, such as launches, tradeshows, webinars, and promotional activities. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee registration, and onsite support, to ensure successful event execution. Assist in developing event marketing materials, such as invitations, presentations, signage, and promotional giveaways. Marketing Collateral Management: Maintain an organized library of marketing collateral, ensuring accessibility and version control for all assets. Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales kits, as needed. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields is preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is desirable. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Creative thinking abilities, with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. Team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment. Negotiable
