Process Automation Pty Ltd is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function. This pivotal role involves overseeing all marketing, advertising, branding, public relations, and business development activities, both locally and internationally. As a key player in promoting PA's brand and products, you'll also enhance internal communication and support our CEO in strategic decision-making processes. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with PA's vision and goals. Ensure consistent branding across products and marketing materials, in line with PA's corporate identity. Lead digital marketing efforts, including website content strategy, SEO, and social media engagement. Organize and manage internal events and support the CEO with executive communication tasks. Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making, focusing on market data and customer feedback. Design and produce up-to-date marketing collateral and manage promotional events. Champion CSR initiatives and lead environmental sustainability efforts in marketing. Maintain corporate identity guidelines, manage corporate merchandise, and enhance customer experience. Stay updated on marketing technology and innovations, conducting market research to inform strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in marketing with a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic planning. Exceptional communication and analytical skills, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strategic thinker, innovative, creative, with strong organisational and project management skills.
