Job description:Efficiently diagnose and repair faults
Install and commission machines at clients' premises
Conduct customer training sessions and machine assessments
Uphold standards of quality control and assurance
Efficiently handle administrative tasks
Provide maintenance support and assistance to customers
Rebuild and service equipment, promptly responding to breakdowns
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards
Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
Effectively manage Works Orders and Customer Support tasks for timely completion
Provide technical support to diverse stakeholders including Customers, Spare part Representatives, Engineers, and Technicians
Skills & Experience: Valid Code B Driver's license
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Preferably experienced in the Liquid Packaging Industry, familiar with fillers, unscramblers, end-of-line equipment, blow molders, cappers, etc
Proficient in electrical and pneumatic fault finding
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and reliability
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, MS Outlook)
Qualifications:Qualified Millwright with a solid background in machine building and production machine maintenance (minimum 3 years' experience)
