Minimum requirements:
- Administrative experience
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Have a stable work history
- Understand or have dealt with basic accounting functions, such as capturing invoice, reconciling bank statements
- Have some mining or drilling experience or knowledge of the industry
- Sales experience
- Matric or higher qualification
- Computer skills especially email communication and MS Office
General duties will include, but will not be limited to:- Assisting with sales and quotations and communicate with customers
- Placing orders on the system, sending it to suppliers and ensure stock is received in a timely manner
- General administration duties such as filling credit applications, making bookings and taking calls
- Managing the driver and the collections of orders as well as deliveries to customers and freight forwarders
- Capturing of invoices on the system, doing GRVs and reconciling bank statements
- Arrange for imports and export shipments such as customs clearance etc (experience not required and skills will be taught)
- Load payments for release on the bank
- Do invoicing, packing lists etc
- Assist with packaging goods for delivery or manage the packaging thereof to ensure its done correctly and organise the corresponding paperwork
