Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with all relevant stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during training and related events. Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple requests and calendars. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and work efficiently. Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes and challenges that may arise during events. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong project management capabilities, and ability to coordinate sessions between teams, topics and timelines to meet requirements. Initiative and Passion for Learning: Proactively contribute to administrative tasks, reporting, and basic training management, showcasing a genuine passion for Learning and Development and a willingness to learn and grow. ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of process management and business administration Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence Agile Tools Good understanding of governance and compliance requirements Good understanding of training material and training coordination QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED: Relevant Tertiary qualification in Administration/Management/Operations/IT/HR Prior experience as a learning/training coordinator Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite Monthly
