Sales Manager in the mining division, responsible for developing business on a strategic level, achieve divisional sales targets and management of professional sales team.
- Sales Strategy and Target Setting.
- Sales Performance Monitoring.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Market Development and Analysis.
- Perform product presentation to customers.
- Proposal and tender management and preparation.
- Act as a lead negotiator during contract negotiations.
- Interpret, manage and optimize the full divisional P&L.
Qualification and Experience
- Must have Electrical or Electronic Engineering qualification (Degree or diploma).
- Management qualification will be added advantageous.
- Management experience is a must.
- Extensive experience in tender preparation.
- Knowledge of JDE or ERP system, MS Project and MS Office packages.
- Knowledge of locomotive batteries, cap lamps, safety electronics, electrical equipment in the mining industry.
