A South African based Import, Marketing and Distribution company is seeking an experenced Sales Representative, based in Pretoria who will be responsible for leveraging sales across various digital platforms, tools, and techniques to identify leads, engage prospects, and convert them into customers. Product Demonstration: Conduct virtual product demonstrations or presentations using video conferencing tools, screen sharing, or other digital platforms to showcase product features, benefits, and value propositions Consultative Selling to the clients distribution stores: Adopt a consultative sales approach, understanding customer pain points, challenges, and objectives, and positioning products or services as solutions that address their needs. (Cellular Industry) Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects through ongoing communication, follow-up, and engagement via digital channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers, addressing objections, overcoming barriers, and closing deals in a manner that maximizes value for both parties. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines and CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance. Customer Success: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers, providing support, guidance, and training as needed to facilitate their adoption and use of products or services.
