To plan, coordinate and execute various client projects, to ensure they are completed within the project timeframe and according to quality standards. The work and responsibilities will cover a range of activities, including inter alia the following duties: Responsible for overall project planning, execution and delivery thereof. Coordinating multiple projects, including but not limited to: Coordinate client installations Ensure timeous and accurate communication to the clients Ensure alignment of project milestones, dependencies and deliverables. Update and manage each project plan timeously and update relevant systems. Manage risks and resolve issues as they arise during project implementation. Provide accurate reports Arrange and Manage client meetings and feedback sessions. Providing accurate and regular feedback to the Project Manager. Assisting the Project Manager with the preparation of reports and additional duties. Manage general queries via different mediums and provide timeous feedback to relevant internal and external stakeholders. Competencies Problem solving Decision making Planning and organizing Attention to Detail Results Driven Critical Thinking Detail Orientation Qualifications and Skills Required The suitable candidate should have: Matric National Diploma in Project Management or Relevant tertiary qualification Minimum 2 years relevant experience Telecommunications (specifically wireless) experience Projects coordinating background Strong administrative skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be a team player Good MS Office package proficiency
