You'll be the driving force behind our team, helping to create a positive work environment and maintaining high standards. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead by example, inspire, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing by following visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining product displays. Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist with inventory management tasks. Customer Engagement: Foster a culture of excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or issues effectively. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational processes are followed, and the store is well-maintained and clean. Training and Development: Train and develop your team members, identifying areas for growth and improvement. Sales Performance: Work with the Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications and Requirements: 1-2 years previous retail supervisory or leadership experience in retail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Passion for home decor and a good eye for design. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
