RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assess, diagnose, and repair IT Hardware and related equipment.
Desktop repairs – Hardware troubleshooting & repairs to desktop systems.
Accurately diagnose and assess repair required.
Complete component testing, completing repairs and/or replacements as required.
Diagnose and complete Notebook, Mobile and Tablet phone repairs.
Conduct Peripheral testing for vendor escalation including printers, digital cameras and CCTV.
Conduct Software recovery & repairs (including all OS’s).
Troubleshoot communications devices including network LAN’s and WAN’s.
Maintain job card updates.
Provide and manage customer feedback on repairs.
Provide both telephonic and on-site support to customers and managers.
