House Of Nnyane is a dynamic and growing company committed to equal opportunity , we are looking for q ualified and experienced TLB (Tractor Loader Backhoe) Operator to join our team. Operate and maintain the Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) efficiently and safely. Execute excavation, digging, and loading tasks as per project requirements. Conduct routine pre-operational checks on the TLB to ensure its proper functioning. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on the equipment. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on the construction site. Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines. Ensuring compliance to the sites's standards and procedures Report any and all damages to equipment as soon as possible in compliance with the site reporting procedure Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisor/CEO. Grade 12 Valid TLB operating license Proven experience as a TLB Driver in a construction or related field. Ability to operate and maintain a TLB effectively. Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Physical fitness and stamina for extended hours of outdoor work, willing and able to do manual labour . Deadline driven with a strong ability to work within a rapidly changing environment Ability to work under pressure Remuneration and incentives will be based on experience and ability to execute the workload correctly.
