Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Coordinate office supplies and ensure sufficient stock levels tasks such as invoicing and processing payments. Coordinate scheduling of boardrooms for meetings, ensuring and bathrooms, including stocking supplies and coordinating cleaning schedules. Oversee maintenance of office levels and procuring replacements as needed. Coordinate laundry services for overcoats worn by visitors
