Requirements: Parts admin experience in a duties Costing of imports Bringing in of parts stock Facilitating parts buy-outs Computing stock counts and
correct part via system according to customer's needs. Ensures that the correct information (part, price price, and lead time) is quoted to the customer. Managing and minimising credit notes. Follows up on outstanding reports and ensuring efficient dispatch of available parts WIP management. Adherence to service level agreement external clients for parts requirements. Liaises with all stake holders regarding parts and related issues to Company standards. Controls the logistics of parts end to end. Initiates periodic stock takes. Job
