A Branch Operations Manager is a professional who oversees the operations of a specific branch of an an organization. They are responsible for managing employees, ensuring sales targets are met, staff training upper management and frontline staff, ensuring seamless functioning and consistent growth. Manage the business the opening and closing procedures of the Branch. Manage branch security and surveillance systems and have stock counts as required. Ensure management presence on the floor and manage staff in a professional manner
