Description Main purpose of the job: The project manager/study coordinator is responsible for coordinating efficient study start-up, conduct, and close-out Manage regulatory updates throughout the study (New ICFs regarding notifiable trial events Prepare for and manage participant visits and data capturing in line with key meetings to manage the study Manage site monitoring visits/audits or similar Manage procurement for needed, delegated by the line manager and within the scope of practice Manage and support staff members Required
the job: To provide strategic leadership and management to provincial implementation of HIV prevention/treatment participate in the Key Populations Programme's senior management team, providing support to all activities and communities Support budget development with senior management, control and monitor expenditures of the clinic requirements & administration Supervise & manage the duties of subordinates to ensure optimal staff issues are communicated through appropriate HR and management structures as well as back to/with staff Handle
