Duties include, but receiving and GRV Sales management Staff management Staff scheduling Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction enquiries and complaints and monitor customer service Serve customers as needed Maintain outstanding store merchandising standards Report on buying trends, customer needs, etc Propose innovative ideas to increase as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
