Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including reports concerns, updates etc. Operations Management: Manage timely data collection and update operations metrics to Requirements: 5 - 7 years of operations management experience, with at least 3 years in a financial services and Outlook experience. Systems (run a loan, ALLPS, and Power BI (advantageous)) experience. Working knowledge knowledge and experience of NCA, FSCA, FIC and POPIA. Grade 12/Senior Certificate. BCom/Equivalent degree
