Our client is looking for an Actuarial Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a professional and hardworking team, who takes pride in the quality of their services. Technical Skills and Knowledge: Experience in Reinsurance and/or Insurance (advantageous). Proficiency in Office (including Excel). Effective communications skills. Logical and analytical ability. Problem Solving skills. Experience/proficiency with R programming (advantageous). Actuarial functions in the company: Developing models. Data auditing and cleanup (preparation of renewal packs). Advisory services. Capital modelling. Reinsurance structuring and reinsurance optimisation. Requirements include: Degree in either Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial Science from an accredited university. Minimum 5 exams passed.
