Client who is a Retail Franchise Specialists is seeking an Area Manager to manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of a cluster of company stores by directing all operational aspects of each retail entity and driving sales whilst minimizing costs and ensuring positive customer service experience.Ensure that Managers and their operational staff keep stores to the highest possible standards, being well organized and always properly merchandised and that all policies, procedures and work instructions are followed. Sales & Performance Compliance Stock Customer Experience Matric Sales experience in an ICT/Telecoms enviroment Management experience. R30k CTC plus commission
