As a Banking Solution Specialist, you will provide intermediary services that are personalised, efficient, and prompt to all clients through multiple channels. All interactions with clients aim to make our client the bank of choice. The incumbent delivers exceptional service that exceeds the client's expectations through proactive and innovative solutions that are ethically sound, honest, and maintain integrity. Build rapport with clients through multiple channels, e.g., calls, web, chat, and video. Take ownership of client queries, issues, and escalations to ensure personalised service and effective resolution. Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking services. Participate in training programs and ongoing learning to develop knowledge of banking products, services, and processes. Assist customers with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries. Communicate existing and new product information to clients. Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance and minimise risks. Serve all aspects of the bank's products, including rewards. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Bachelor's degree, Advanced Diploma (NQF7) or relevant qualification which demonstrates a numerical capability. Relevant work experience in the service or banking/finance industry is preferred. Sound knowledge of customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns. Proficiency in using computers and programs (MS Office suite). Technology savvy. Basic understanding of financial principles and banking operations. You will be required to work an 8.5-hour flexi-work week shift, between Monday and Sunday (this includes Public Holidays and Sunday) between the hours of 07h00 and 23h30, to a maximum of 45 hours per week.
