- Have a great passion for the industry
- Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be good at dealing with customers
- Be able to maintain good relationships with your colleagues and clientele
- Be an honesty and friendly individual
- Being punctual and having good attention to detail.
- Have basic computer and administration skills
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interacting with customers and taking their drinks orders
- Mixing cocktails
- Planning and presenting the bar menu
- In charge of the bar supplies and inventory
- Assisting management with bar stock control
